About Me

I graduated from Mays Business School with a degree in Management. Currently a student at Texas State University. I began training in High School. In college I went from 145 to 180 at 9 percent bodyfat in three years with an ectomorphic bodytype. I have always been in an athletic atmosphere and played many sports including fencing and tennis. I have trained with pros in tennis including Mashona Washington and David Ferrer. And in bodybuilding I have received instruction from Mike O Hearn. In my free time I like to act, I was recently in a Pepsi Commercial. I love music, dogs, and good people.

What to Expect

Depending on the objective, but I typically use powerlifting principles and bodybuilding techniques. Essential to all programming is going to be the squat, deadlift, bench press, and bent over row. I typically like to start off with muscle endurance then go for muscle hyperplasia. I will design programs according to your goals, coach technique, and give recommendations for diet and nutrition.
