He is very good trainer, not only he help me to reduce my weight, he reduced my pain in my back teaching me the correct excersices to handle the pain in my dairy basis.

Alejandro was instrumental in creating efficient and SAFE workouts. He is incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology and it shows that he has studied movement and health, for years. As a government employee, I work 9-5pm, so im pretty stationery and only able to fit shorter 30-45 min workouts. Since I don’t get up from my desk much during the workday, my body is not very strong. I’m flexible but not strong. With Alejandro’s workouts, I developed a stronger core, stronger legs which made bike riding more enjoyable, and stronger upper body so I was finally able to do handstands like I always wanted (for yoga classes). I gained more energy overall, and this enabled me to take dance classes that lasted for hours!
