About me as a trainer, I am a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist and I am lucky to have had the opportunity to work with and develop specific training plans for many different individuals. I pride myself on being different and by that, I do my best to have as much fun throughout the journey as possible. To have fun, you need to enjoy your fitness/wellness journey and that will allow you to reach your goals. Enjoying your workouts, your gym time and your nutrition, will allow you to build healthier habits to not only reach your goals, but give you knowledge and experience to carry on with you! I offer a hybrid hybrid training style, focused mainly on online/remote training. Is in-person training your only preference? I'd love to hit the gym with you! I like to provide my own personal story because I can't provide you with a service, if I know I'm unable to do it myself. My freshman year of college, I started putting on that "Freshman 15" that people always talk about, and I truly didn't notice. I was going to the gym and getting small workouts in, but didn't really know what I was doing. Chose to step on the scale one day and was rapidly approaching a number that caught me off guard. I immediately chose to make changes in my life. And again at the time, I truly didn't know much about anything. So I learned on the fly! Began eating healthy. Spending a little extra time at the gym. Doing some research and actually performing real workouts. Six months or so passed by and the changes were like night and day. Not just my body and weight changes, but my mindset, energy, confidence and overall happiness! I dropped 30lbs in a semester of college and that started my fitness and wellness journey! Much of that knowledge and experience stays with me to this day and has helped me through other steps and successes in my journey.
