Hi, my name is Alan. I've been an independent personal trainer for over the past 5 years and a lifetime general fitness and workout enthusiast for life. I enjoy working with people to teach them the fundamentals of traditional weight training and general fitness techniques. My personal goal is to help inspire and encourage others to take their overall health and fitness to a new level by working hard, learning the fundamentals, and having fun along the way.

A typical training session will generally run about 45 minutes and consist of us working together to design a personalized workout to fit your personal goals and needs. You tell me what you want to improve and I'll create and implement a great workout session which is challenging and fun for you. The key to an effective training session is FIT (Focus, Intensity, and Technique) and having fun along the way. If the basics are so basic and the fundamentals are so fundamental, then why do so many people struggle with them? Focus on the fundamentals and the rest will come along the way.
I've trained people of all ages and have helped my clients reach their personal goals ranging everywhere from preparing themselves for hip surgery to providing the training foundation to compete in bodybuilding. Everyone's goals and needs are different, we must find what inner inspiration for training and what is right for you.
