About Me

Hi, my name is AJ. I am certified and fully insured to be a personal trainer. I have my bachelors degree in exercise science. currently, I am working on my second bachelors degree in dietetics and I am in the process of becoming a registered dietitian. I am a former division two track and field athlete. I have experience working with athletes with strength and conditioning and speed development. I spent time in Miami, Florida with the Florida international University division one athletic teams working with the strength and conditioning program.

What to Expect

My clients can expect to do a variety of exercises dependent on their goals. Usually, I tend to have more of a strengthening focus while gaining muscle as a by product. Also, I like to put an emphasis on conditioning to strengthen the heart as well.

Client Success Story

The most recent success story I have is my client that was 330 pounds with COPD that wanted to lose weight. After five weeks and he is already down 35 pounds finally breaking the 300 pound barrier. We accomplish this with small tweaks to his diet and training sessions two times per week. Another success story of mine is my 45-year-old client that has never exercised in his life and lost 18 pounds and put on noticeable muscle making his abdominals visible.
