My name is Agnes. I provide in-home/outdoor/office or my home studio - personal, semi-private or small group training sessions. I am a former YMCA personal trainer. My education background: MA Physical Therapy (Poland), Physical Assistant License (NY), Certified Personal Trainer (WITS), Training for Warriors Level 1 Instructor, TRX Qualified Trainer. I am currently working on obtaining my Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification (NASM) and Special Population Specialist (NSCA). I am CPR/AED certified. I love what I do and I always do my best to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
Free initial on-site consultation (30 min) - Define and discuss goals, review medical history. This is an ideal opportunity to ask questions in order to determine if the program is appropriate for your specific needs. ONCE YOU BECOME A CLIENT Free initial fitness evaluation and assessment - includes a series of measurements and tests that help determine the health status and physical fitness of an individual. The primary purpose of assessing a new personal training client is setting up a starting point for designing an appropriate exercise program and establishing a baseline to measure progress over time. Customized training program (Metabolic, Strength, Functional, Post-Rehab training). Education on exercise form and technique. Motivation, Support and Encouragement. Nutrition guidance or Nutrition Specialist referral upon request. Tracking results - Monthly fitness re-evaluation.
