Hi my name is Adrianne. I discovered fitness after a dark time in my life. After my divorce, I found myself battling depression, anxiety, panic attacks and painful sinuses and allergies. Among these troubles, I was stressed out with being a single mother and right on my finances. I was desperate to find a way out of that life; it felt not normal and I wanted to get rid of the pills at such a young age. After staying committed to eating healthier and exercising consistently, a new woman emerged. Today, I no longer take any medications and am a dedicated mother, and now i want to pay it forward.

What to Expect

We start with a review of the weeks events, I gather an idea of where their mindset is and their energy level. i ask if they need anything from me or what they expect from the forthcoming session. I don’t like to waste time, but I also make sure and spend some time getting to know my client, and let them know i am their friend.
