About Me

Hi, my name is Adrian. I have been a personal trainer for 6 years, I am certified through the NFPT in personal training, nutrition, and endurance training, I am also a certified myofascial release specialist. I have worked with many different types of clients from professional athletes to the weekend warrior who wants to lose weight. Over my 6 years experience, I have worked with over 250 people and have helped them to lose weight, get stronger, increase their energy, and get off medication that they have been on for along time. My favorite part of personal training is helping people. I love it when my clients come to me and tell me that they're clothes are getting bigger,that they have more energy, and they don't need their medication anymore.

What to Expect

I warm up for 5-6 minutes, from there we take a small break to hydrate, then we get to the workout which usually last for 35-40 minutes, and from there we cool down and chat for 5 minutes or more.

I worked with a police officer for, close to a year. She was in her late 40's early 50's, was type 2 diabetic, was overweight, and she hadn't work out in years. We started off slow, she noticed she was getting stronger, her clothes were fitting much better, and she had a lot more energy. She worked with me for close to a year, and lost around 40 pounds, went from a size 16 to a size 4, and she was able to fit into jeans she wore when she was in her 20's.
