Hi, my name is Adria. I was born and raised in Miami, FL, I come from an office background in management, human resources and bookkeeping. I have been passionate about fitness for the last five years and decided to gain my certification as a personal trainer through World Fitness Association. Immediately after receiving my certification I started working as a group fitness instructor specializing with seniors. I have experience with strength training, weight training, group fitness, stretching, HIIT, injuries and limitations and more. I have created a unique career where I have combined both my passion in fitness, my passion to help others and has lead me to be a different trainer where I focus on mind muscle connection. I am motivational and I cater to your needs.

What to Expect

Training session will be geared to the clients’ goals. We will start with dynamic stretching followed by the regimen created specifically for that client and towards the end we will perform static stretching. No pain no gain, but I don’t speak of actual pain. When I use this quote is mostly focusing on the burn that no one really enjoys. I tell my clients to learn to love the burn.

Clients come to me with limitations that don’t allow them to move or in constant pain, I have strengthened those areas for them and have little to no pain. Mobility and flexibility have been increased. Clients have said “I can now lift my own groceries” which is just a big accomplishment.
