Hi, my name is Adri. I'm a fitness coach and I assist clients for the purpose of reaching personal and fitness goals through challenging, motivating and educating clients. I assist clients to improve fitness and weight loss by writing personalized plans. I assess clients needs, help with proper techniques and monitor progress. I hold a action personal training certification. It is my passion to work with clients one on one to help improve their health and fitness goals through exercise and nutrition. My area of strengths are weight loss and toning.
A client can expect to be trained, educated and motivated through a variety of techniques. Starting with 1. stretching and warm up 2. main activities, which is the personalized designed plan 3. cool down and stretching.
Clients have proven results in smaller waist as well as in weight loss and toning. Clients seem to be satisfied with my training and are still under my training for better progress.
