For years I struggled with unhealthy eating, smoking, and excessive alcohol use. Exercise was one of the tools that helped me overcome those life obstacles. I began training people to help them overcome their own. I am an encouraging type of trainer, rather than a drill sergeant. I especially cater to people whose lives are so busy they don't feel like they can make time for fitness.

Generally we will warmup, followed by strength training to address any pain or imbalance issues, followed by high intensity boxing or kickboxing, closing with a little yoga for mobility.
My first client was nearly 300 lbs when we started. A year and a half later he was down 80 lbs and we ran a half marathon together.

Adam is easy to work with, and gave me great exercises to help ease my back pain. He's piqued my interest in kickboxing, and I get a great workout when we work together
Adam is a life saver. After dealing with with loss this past year I wanted to get back to being active and working out as part of my healing. Getting myself to the gym was hard so bringing some one to me has made me accountable and I look forward to our workouts as they are mentally beneficial as well as physical. Adam is very knowledgeable and a cheerleader and I would highly recommend him.
Adam is very personable. Takes a realistic view of training me and is very motivational. Very fortunate to have found him!
Adam has been wonderful for us! He is helping my son work on core strength and balance. He is professional, kind and very encouraging. I very highly recommend!
My son wanted some self defense skills that would be fun. He had been working with a trainer for strength and conditioning and Adam has been able to combine the 2 wonderfully. Very happy with our experience
