Hi, my name is Adam. I train my clients at a state-of-the-art studio gym called Functional Fitness, right at the corner of Falls of Neuse and Strickland. While there my clients are taught to use self-myofascial release, targeted stretching and corrective exercise to help with their mobility, posture and well-being. From there we use kettlebells, barbells, resistance training and whole-body vibration training to strengthen functional movement patterns. This level of programming is designed to help you to get stronger, burn more fat and build more muscle efficiently and safely.
