Hello my name is Adam. I am a former competitive mixed martial artist and boxer. I now focus on coaching and bodybuilding. I have faced many adversities when it came to my overall health and fitness. I continue to push myself to beat those barriers.

What to Expect

Depends on what they are trying to achieve but always a solid warm up. I keep the rest rate low and the work output high. With a cool down set at the end of every workout.

My most recent client came in overweight 230 at 70 years old. Bad knees couldn't walk farther than a quarter mile, low upper body strength. He is now walking around at 170 lbs, can walk a whole mile by himself, and can complete a full pull up.
