Hi, my name is Adam. I am a native of Pittsburgh, PA. Go Steelers! I've always been active, participating in everything from BMX racing to golf and everything in between. In 2006 I flipped over my bike's handlebars and broke my clavicle and scapula. At that point I decided the next time I got into an accident I was going to "bounce" so to speak, as opposed to break. It was at that point I become especially interested in building muscle, boosting my endurance and maintaining mobility through total body training and functional movements. Fast-forward to 2016 I became certified as a personal trainer and nutritionist. I've since made it my life-long goal to help those looking to lose weight, gain muscle, boost endurance and gain mobility.

A typical training session includes: Number 1) Diligence in the warm-up, including: foam rolling, light sets, light cardio and/or various active stretching depending on your goals. 2) Custom training put together according to your goals. For muscle gain, we break out the Dumbbells and Barbell. For endurance boosting we look at high intensity, high reps and a heightened heart rate. For weight loss, we keep you moving the entire time. Finally, for gaining mobility we'll foam roll, use the stretch out strap and go through various mobility increasing techniques. 3) We'll always finish up with a cool-down, it's the way you tell your body to 'switch off' if you will. From foam rolling to light jogs and walks to static stretching, we'll increase your mobility.
