Adam earned a B.S. degree in psychology from Penn State University and is currently pursuing his M.A. in counseling from Seton Hall University. Adam is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. He's also certified by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) in Level 1 and Level 2 Fitness. Adam's professional experience began when he worked for an elite tennis program and consulted for personal training teams at prestigious country clubs. He then went on to work for two luxury fitness clubs, Motion Fitness and Equinox. He now has his own health and wellness company, MBI Fitness. Since starting his own venture, Adam was selected as a founding member of the Men's Health Fitness Council. In addition, he has been featured by Men's Health, Centre Daily Times, Dr. Joy Show, and Statecollege.com. Through personal and professional experience in the fitness and mental health industries, Adam has developed a plan to fuse the two together for a more wholesome approach to self-improvement.
National Academy of Sports Medicine
Each client will go through about 10 minutes of a dynamic warmup, followed by 40-45 minutes of their personalized strength training routine, and finishing with 5-10 minutes of table stretching.
