About Me

Hey Folks, my name is Adam Damper and I've been a strength and conditioning coach for the last 4 years. My client skillset ranges have been from senior ages to young adults. My top preference is really only that the client have a willingness to work hard and follow instructions. My specializations are functional training based, with an emphasis on primal movements (bodyweight/plyometrics). All my programs are created with the intention of assisting in higher performance day to day, with aesthetic physiques being the result.

We'll be pushing your body in the safest and most effective ways possible, by performing movements that your body was created to perform. Many of my clients refer to it as hybrid physical therapy movements, designed to push to body in simplicity at high intensity.
