Hey Folks, my name is Adam Damper and I've been a strength and conditioning coach for the last 4 years. My client skillset ranges have been from senior ages to young adults. My top preference is really only that the client have a willingness to work hard and follow instructions. My specializations are functional training based, with an emphasis on primal movements (bodyweight/plyometrics). All my programs are created with the intention of assisting in higher performance day to day, with aesthetic physiques being the result.
