My name is Adam, I am from the UK and recently moved to the USA. My background is in Sport Rehabilitation. I am inspired by helping people reach their goals whether it is injury, performance or weight-loss related! My passion is functional movement. This simply means helping people increase their strength, while remaining focused on exercises and techniques that improvement flexibility and range of motion. My primary focus with my own training is very much gymnastics strength based. Using bodyweight to train and improve my ability to move with control.

This will be specifically tailored to you to enable you to progress and achieve the results you want! I am very goal and results oriented, I have worked with a wide range of clients and I believe training should be fun and improve the quality of your life.

I predominantly work with people who want to change their physique and body composition in a short period of time, with the results to prove it. A client of mine came to me post knee surgery, she had seen various physiotherapists and trainers to help her get back to fitness and skiing but found no one could help. We started training together and I incorporated many basic rehabilitation techniques and had her pain free and back on the slopes in time for the start of the ski season.

I am so thankful that I was introduced to my amazing trainer, Adam Davis.

I am a 51 year old woman with a spinal fusion and a total thyroidectomy (Thyroid Cancer). Since I had my thyroid removed about six years ago, I have been unable to lose weight. My overall health had been on a steady decline despite regularly working out (primarily HIIT type workouts) and trying every kind of fad low carb/keto/whole 30 diet in existence. The scale would not budge and my health continued to decline. I was at a point where I was almost resigned to this - this was how my life was going to be. Then one day while scrolling through Instagram, I came upon a post from a friend of mine who had been quietly training with Adam for several months. I knew how hard this woman trained and how hard she struggled to see progress. Her transformation blew me away. I called her immediately and she told me about Adam and put me in touch with him. After a lengthy, very detailed interview I signed up to train three times a week.

A little over four months later, I have lost 20 lbs. but more importantly my health (mentally and physically) has improved so much that even my doctor was impressed (he is hard to impress!) I saw my doctor yesterday for my annual endocrine exam and he could not get over the improvements in my health - from the significant weight loss, the fact that my LDL cholesterol went from a very dangerous 239 to a not so dangerous 173 (-66!) and I was no longer pre-diabetic! I am sleeping better. My digestion is better and I am happier.

Adam is tough but gentle. He is smart but NOT arrogant. He encourages you to trust the process. He knows what you need to do to reach your goals and holds you accountable to them and is hyper vigilant about proper form to avoid injury.

My first goal was to get to a healthier weight but my long term goal is to find a sustainable way to live a happier, healthier life. I hope to continue on this journey with Adam to even better health and I would strongly encourage anyone with similar struggles to do the same. You will not regret it.

I hadnt been able to work out for more than a few months in my entire life. I was 36 at the time. I wanted to change that. I figured if I finally invested some money into my work outs then maybe I'd stick to it. So I did some research and ended up finding Adam. A little context, I was about 20% body fat, hadn't worked out in years and would get dizzy walking up a flight of stairs. Adam was not only a trainer but an incredible teacher. He taught me how to do work outs so that I maximized my time and progress. He made it super clear how to eat and all the dynamics behind eating for training. Within weeks my body was transformed. It's now been two and a half years and I haven't missed a week of working out. It's now part of my lifestyle and EASY. 10/10. Adam changed my life for the better!

I’ve worked with Adam for 2 years, and I can say, without hesitation or hyperbole, that he is the best thing in my life.

Before the pandemic, in person training was precise, professional, and geared towards not only my goals, but where my limitations were. I lost 60 lbs in 6 months, being in the best shape of my life, even though I was in my 40s.

In the pandemic lockdown, the work has continued remotely. He constantly adjusted the program, not only as I progressed, but also as the equipment I had available progressed.

I’m honestly surprised and genuinely pleased with how effective the remote training has been. The discipline, the workouts, and Adam’s support have gotten me through these difficult times physically and mentally in a way I wouldn’t have thought possible.

I've trained with Adam in the past. He is extremely thoughtful and designed a custom program taking into account areas I need to improve and some pain points I was dealing with.

I've seen great progress working with Adam. I'm able to get the most out of each session without him pushing me too hard since I don't respond well to an aggressive coaching style.

His friendly demeanor and the fact that he cares for each of his clients is a huge plus in this industry. He has a deep knowledge regarding nutrition and body composition which has benefitted me beyond personal training.

As my 60th year approaches. Adam invited me to join him in the gym to help me with my mobility, strength and general movement. Being in the construction industry he needed to assess my overall physical stature as I was in poor shape. He set me daily movements and stretches which when combined became a progressive step towards toning without pain. I went to Adam because I had seen him training other clients in the gym and watched them get great results over time. When I first got to speak with him it was obviouse he was far more knowledgeable than the other trainers I had been speaking with. Adam is a very advanced trainer in terms of his understanding of physical development. His training in China really came into use when we worked specifically on my posture and strength. Adam creates very detailed and thorough workout plans and his friendly and professional attitude have a big impact when it comes to developing your work rate and stamina.
