I am a former collegiate soccer player with a Master's Degree in Strength and Conditioning. I train athletes from all sports but mainly soccer players up the professional level. Abraham is a VERY knowledgeable trainer and he takes the time to figure out your body to tailor his training approach to you. With Abraham I have been able to lose weight and maintain muscle at the same time. Upon meeting him he will discuss your goals and begin devising the plan to ensure you are successful. Keep in mind because his approach is tailored to you the individual it will take a 1-3 weeks to really study and nail down your body. Once he has got you nailed you will begin to see rapid progress !!!
This man is all around amazing, when I started out I was 200 pounds, insecure and to be honest not in a good place mentally but I've been working with him for about 4 ½ months and I've lost 30 pounds, gained confidence and improved my mentality. He personalizes sessions making sure you are and feel comfortable, accommodates to your specific needs/physical disadvantages while also pushing you to be your absolute best and slowing improve. He's helped me improve muscle issues that I would have never thought possible but the more I work with him the more I find that he's very knowledgeable in almost every aspect and helps me better understand realistic goals. He's helped me so much and this is only the beginning of my journey, I am beyond happy and glad I found him! I actually get excited to work out which trying to tell my past self that would have NOT been imaginable lol, his service is more than worth it. Highly recommend!
Abraham, is one of the best, if not THE best coaches I’ve ever had. He provided a very detailed plan to aid me in running my first marathon, namely, anti-rotation/ stability exercises to help me when fatigued! I highly, highly recommend Coach Abe !
Really great! I wanted to prepare for army basic training by gaining muscle, strength, and endurance and all three have happened! I started off at 117 lbs and now I’m almost at 140. I think it’s helped a lot and I’m ready for basic training.

Training with Abraham has helped to improve my speed and strength on the field and in general. His person specific program has allowed me to outpace players I couldn't before and hold my own during contact with others. Great coach!!!He has helped increase my mobility tremendously. It has allowed me to better perform when playing soccer and lift weights without strain or injury.
