About Me

Hi, my name is Abigail. I was born and raised in Minnesota and transplanted to sunny San Diego. Brought up in a gym by two body builders, I have always had a passion for people and fitness. From the age of twelve I began strength training and fell in love; I have always looked at myself as my biggest competition and therefore wanted to always strive for more. My strength training routines progressively got heavier to the point where I began competitive powerlifting. After four years of competition I had a spinal injury that took me out of the game completely. I had to alter my own routines into functional calisthenics and progressively work my way back into any type of weight lifting. I have experience in many fields of training because I truly have tried it all. With a year of official coaching experience under my belt I am motivated with fresh insight and a vast knowledge of all types of fitness. Having worked with virtually every type of training as well as all levels of clients, I am able to customize a program that will help you not only get to your goals but surpass them.

What to Expect

A typical hour long session will include a 5 minute functional aerobic warm up, a 45 minute strength training routine customized to your you and your goals, then finishing off with a 10 minute stretch and muscles release with foam rolling.

All sessions will be geared directly toward your individual goals and strength levels.
