Hi! I have been training for around three years. I began training in high school, losing around 40 pounds and now do bodybuilding and powerlifting, but still enjoy cardio and all types of training. My fitness journey has taught me a lot of things about myself and fitness in general and I think I can really help others with what I have learned. I have helped friends eat in shape and tone before so I have experience in his area.
A typical training session can be tailored to suit your needs and/or wants. My philosophy on fitness is that it is not the same for everyone, but what is the same is that a lot of dedication and hard work is required.
