I will be training for the Spartan sprint as well as the Spartan Beast race this year. I try to stay active everyday. I played lacrosse for 14 years until a knee injury sidelined me. At that point I began to get into fitness more through rehab. My experience with many different clients through the years has prepared me for any individual or group fitness goals. Nutrition is big part of my day-to-day life to help individuals with making that change is the best part of training.

Clients should expect diversity, uniqueness, change and a great time. I will make their experience educational for them so that have a better understanding of how their body works, so they can contribute to better lifestyle for their future.
I have had many clients, but the one that has stuck with me is my client who was 280 lbs (female/34/5'6). She was intimidated my gym, didn't want to be around others that appeared fitter. Her eating habits were fast food. She always had the excuse of "I don't have time to eat right. I get busy. I'm to tired to cook when I get home." Excuse after excuse. So I asked how important is that burger? For everytime you go get fast food, we will do 50 burpees throughout out our workout. I told her moving forward we can't do that with bad eating habits. She became frustrated that she wasn't making any significant changes in the past two months and was ready to quit. I had to sit her down and break down her daily habits and explain to her why she wasn't seeing success. After we went through it all she finally cut the fast food out, late night junk food and sodas. We went from 280 lbs to 190lbs in 7 1/2 months.
