My name is Vince. I'm a former United States Marine Corps veteran and certified personal trainer. I have a passion for strength training and nutrition. My training style is based off of different phases of training in order to continuously make progress. I believe personal training should be just that, personalized! Although group training and group classes can be fun and beneficial, I believe every client of mine should have my full attention and have individualized training and nutrition programs to achieve their personal goals. Not only that, but my clients will not be treated like so many other people get treated from big name gyms or those who have a plethora of clients and demand you contact them once a week. I will contact YOU if I don't hear from you during the week. I will make sure to kindly remind you that you need to stick to the plan, ask how you are doing, and see if there are problems arising so that we can work together to help you attain your goals!

A client can expect to not feel like just a "5pm session" and instead know that I want to help them achieve their goals. My clients learn what they need to know and then in turn learn how their body reacts to training stimulus, nutrition changes, and even proper supplementation if needed. Everything is personalized and my clients never get a "one-size fits all" approach.
