I have led hundreds of United States Marines in combat fitness and conditioning. I have also coached (and continue to coach) high school, to collegiate level athletes in strength and conditioning for their particular sport. What to Expect

There is no "typical training session" It's the little things that count, not the latest fad workout. Their are no short cuts to success. You can expect high powered intensity for each session, constructive criticism on technique, and a well built program to achieve those goals. It does not happen over night, and results are based on your "buy-in" attitude..... and attendance. Workouts vary from Olympic lifting, functional dynamic movements, circuit training, high intensity tactical training, boxing, speed, agility, plyometrics, foam rolling, proper dynamic warm up, and band static cool downs. Based off of your athletic abilities, work outs may begin with basic movements, and ramp up to full intensity workouts. When we train, your well being, is my main concern. Injury prevention starts with proper warm up, and ends with a proper cool down.

I have been working out with Vince for 3 months now to help me with conditioning for my first year of high school football after playing recreational for 7 years. His workouts include a range of strength training, agility and speed exercises as well as hand-eye coordination (xbox won't help). He is also working with me on football techniques, both offense and defense. He meets with my parents and me and discusses the right training for my body at my age. I am 14. He discusses my diet and hydration and weight maintenance. I'm not on a diet, but he wants to make sure I'm eating enough good foods. He is not an intimidating, scary trainer. He does push me when its hard and it is serious, but we also laugh. There are a lot of goals I have and he is helping me get there. My body is getting stronger, and it's changing. My agility is improving. I'm gaining muscle and losing fat, and it's happening a lot quicker than I thought. I know working with Vince will give me a big edge with football. I look forward to every session with Vince. I think he's the best!

I had the pleasure of serving with Vince in the United States Marine Corps. He was a vital asset to the strength and conditioning of hundreds of Marines during his honorable service. Vince personally coached me, and spent the extra time teaching me the Olympic lifts and principles of periodization.
