Well I would like to start by saying, fitness is life! I love what I do and I do what I love! I target the lower body, legs and core I work legs 2x a week. Coming from a wrestling background I learned the importance of lower body strength and all the legs can do. A lot of people want tight abs but don't understand, CORE is what you need to target.
