Hi, my name is Tyler. I am 23-years-old and live in Crofton, MD. I received my certification through a 12 month program at the National Personal Training Institute located in Vienna, VA. The program included 500 hours of classroom time, hands on training in the gym, and shadowing other trainers. I have a deep passion for fitness as well as nutrition. Certifications include: NPTI certified personal trainer (CPT), NASM certified personal trainer (CPT), NPTI'S kettlebell training, NPTI certified in basic nutrition, CPR and AED and NPTI's suspension training certification (TRX).

Tyler is the man. In January 2016, I weighed about 193 pounds. I hated how I looked, how I felt, how I didnt fit into my clothes anymore. I had tried different diet programs before, and they just didn't work for me because they were too restrictive. I remember thinking that I would never lose weight, and that maybe this was just my new reality.
Today is August 29th, 2016. I weigh 153 pounds. Total amount lost? 40 pounds. In 9 months.
I don't know how to put into words how good this feels. The only thing that comes to mind is that a great weight has been lifted from me... A physical one, but also an emotional one.
I was so tired of trying diets and failing...but Tyler's nutrition program was different. Intermittent fasting was new to me... And being able to eat what you want on a diet was new to me. I have learned a lot from my trainer and friend Tyler! He has taught me how to breathe correctly, while exercising. I've increased in strength in all my exercises each week, which is awesome as well!
