Tyler has been a committed and dedicated trainer to my son for over 4 years. It began several years ago when my son was in the college recruitment process. He suffered a serious shoulder injury and we needed someone with expertise to create a program that would get him back into peak condition quickly and safely. Tyler created a program that was personalized specifically for my son to help him not only regain what he had lost but actually advance. Even after being recruited to college, he continues to remotely train my son during his off-season.

His coaching is goal-oriented, creative and filled with instructions, demonstrations and feedback that yield results. Tyler is a great coach. He takes the time to get to know what your goals are and he then designs a workout program that is personalized to you. I’m always impressed by how well he knows the anatomy. As a result, he can see weaknesses or deficiencies that you didn’t know you had, and then he gets to work on improving that, which in turn improves things more broadly. I’ve dealt with lower back spasms for over 20 years. My workouts were designed to address this weakness. He always has my workout planned out ahead of time. Since working with Tyler I haven’t had a back spasm in over 2 years. This is an eternity for me.
