About Me

I am 47 years young with three children and two grandchildren. I played high school sports and I began training myself after learning that as you grow older you are faced with so many health risks and with the proper diet and exercising there is a great chance that some of those risks can be avoided. I love the fact that I can help others achieve their goals and help them lead a healthier lifestyle.

Tina has taken me to places that I have never been. This is my first experience dealing with a personal trainer. She motivates me to want to do better and pushes me when I say I can't. She talks to me about me eating habits and disciplines me for not following my meal plan. I haven't lost much weight, but I feel better and I'm slowly changing my eating habits. Just looking at Tina makes me focus more on me meeting my goal. I love Ms. Tina and pray God's continued blessings upon her.

My experience with Tina is always professional and structured. My workout begins with stretching, then moves on to ab work, which is followed by working out arms, legs or full body depending on what workout day it is. My workout lasts for an hour, sometimes a little longer, and I always enjoy my workout time. Tina has helped me to strengthen my body overall and increase my stamina. She has also taught me how to eat more healthy. I am constantly improving because of Tina's guidance. Her high expectations are supported by encouraging words, and continued guidance which allows for a very positive environment. Tina makes me feel like I can do anything. I would most definitely recommend her as anyone's trainer because she is a constant professional with very high expectations!
