About Me

Hi, my name is Timothy. My entire life since the time I was 4 has been centered around sports and fitness. Now I get to help others achieve their athletic and fitness goals. I graduated from Lycoming College in 2011 with a BS in business management and marketing. While at Lycoming I was the starting kicker for the football team and was named a First-Team Academic All-American my senior season. After graduating from college, I spent the next few years pursuing a career in professional football, which culminated in a season played with the Harrisburg Stampede of the American Indoor Football League. While pursuing my passion, I was lucky enough to spend my extra time training other people and athletes. Since my football career ended, I have put all of my energy and passion I had as an athlete into my clients. There is nothing I like more than seeing my clients succeed, whether their goal is improved athletic performance, weight loss, body transformation, or just being able to improve their performance on day to day tasks. I have designed, built, and run one of the most successful speed and agility programs in Bucks County, trained multiple athletes from the professional level all the way to elementary school, and helped numerous adults achieve their weight loss and fitness goals. I am committed to using my 10 plus years of experience in professional sports and fitness training to help you achieve any objective, whether it be strength and conditioning, speed, agility, injury prevention, weight loss, or functional fitness!

What to Expect

Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up, followed by strength (and speed work for athletes), metabolic conditioning, core strengthening, and finishes with mobility work to cool down.

Client Success Story

College Soccer Player - I had a male high school senior soccer player come to me last January, preparing to play soccer at a local university. They lacked the lower body mobility, strength, speed, movement patterns, and conditioning to really compete for a spot on the team. After 8 months of nonstop training 3 days a week, they were a completely different athlete. They are now starting as a freshman and have scored 4 goals in 10 games because of the hard work and dedication they put into the training program I designed and took them through.
