A typical training session is tailored to your needs and goals. Depending on your schedule a session will be 30 to 60 minutes (rates are priced for 60 minutes). I am a NASM certified personal trainer and use a specific, highly advanced training system that will get you results. We always start with a warm-up and end with cool down and in between is based off of your goals. I also offer yoga sessions and cardio dance workouts.
