About Me

Telia Fennerson is a fitness coach, nutritionist and entrepreneur, and has worked with elite athletes to push them into top performance. She is a certified personal trainer through International Sports Science Association and has more than 10 years of personal training experience. Telia trains and motivates everyday people from a sedentary lifestyle to a healthy active lifestyle.

Telia has worked in corporate America as a benefits manager assisting management in getting employees to be more proactive in obtaining healthier lifestyles through wellness programs. Because of her human resource background she realizes how vital healthy employees are to any organization’s mission. She offers training sessions and nutrition counseling to corporations and their employees to gain a healthier workforce and ROI.

A fitness enthusiast, Telia loves helping clients reach their fitness goals and has experienced great success. She resides in West Suburban Chicago and travels to clients throughout the Metro Chicago area. In addition to offering in-home training and corporate wellness services, she offers group training and motivational speaking services to churches and organizations that want to empower members to wellness.

I’ve been doing bootcamp a with Telia for almost a year now. She is intense, but her workouts yield results. In seven months I dropped 52 lbs, & dropped from a size 16/18 to a size 9. I have also seen a complete transformation in my metabolism, my endurance & my understanding of fitness has come full circle. She keeps me motivated& always challenges me with new things. I have been able to keep the weight off because of all she has taught me. I’ve trained with other trainers & have never had this kind of success. She has really changed my life. At 28 I’m smaller & more fit than I was in high school. I can’t thank her enough. She is tough but it’s a lifestyle change that works when you put the work in.

I’ve been a client of Telia’s since January 2014. Since, then I have seen CRAZY awesome changes in my body. I have taken a full minute off of my mile, and the strength training is starting to show in my abs, arms, and legs. She definitely pushes you to your limits, but it’s the only way that I’ve seen real results. In addition, Telia keeps me in mind outside of my 2x/week sessions. When I hurt my IT band, she sent me stretches and exercises, so that I could strengthen it in addition to what we were doing in the sessions. The e-mail contact with exercises to do at home and her accessibility in general , kind of ensure that you stick with the program, even when you’re not with her. I plan on sticking with her for a while to keep up with my running goals, and strength training over the summer, PLUS the price can’t really be beat, considering competitors, like XSport, are asking for more money for less one-on-one time.
