My name is Tatiana and I have been a personal trainer for 4 years. I never played sports because unfortunately I can't shoot a ball into a basket or hit a ball really hard with a bat. But I have always had a lot of energy and remained very active. The type of training I do is high intensity interval training which focuses on cardio and strength training as well. The sessions are more of a boot camp style of workouts which is fast paced, and trains your body to learn to recover in a short amount of time. It also burns a lot of fat and because the workouts are intense you will be burning fat throughout the day as well. They are really popular and fun because you are not constantly doing the same thing and you will be challenging your body.

I focus on HIIT workouts. I start of with a cardio circuit training consisting of 3 rounds upper and lower body workouts. This is followed by another 3 rounds of a strength training circuit training which includes using weights, battle ropes, and a sandbag.
