Graduate of Syracuse University, where I developed a determined and giving mindset. Having grown up in Newark, NJ, I had to overcome many challenges and is driven to make a positive impact in the world. I've also hosted self-run football camp in hometown of Newark, NJ that attracted over 500 children and several local sponsorships. He pays very close attention to form and he is pretty flexible with times that he trains. Taj is a fantastic trainer! From day one he took my goals into account and created a workout plan that helped me achieve it. Training sessions are concise and effective, which I love. I don’t spend an hour plus killing myself to feel fit. He creates circuits that allow me to burn up to 350+ calories in 25-35 mins. And he switches it up and makes it fun so each session not only are you working new muscles, but you’re also learning a new way to workout. Finally, his can-do attitude and encouragement makes all the difference. Would recommend him 100%!
Taj has been working with my2 kids for the past 3 years! My daughter plays soccer and my son plays baseball! Taj targets each session towards their specific goals. Taj is motivating and is great with teenagers! Can’t say enough good things about Taj!

Taj has been training our now 10 year old son for over 2 years. He orginally started training to work on the mechanics of his running and to be more efficient/faster. Taj not only tackled that, but now continues to train our son on a weekly basis. Taj clearly loves kids and working with them to improve their athleticism and conditioning. As our son has switched between sports, Taj has tweaked his training to best accomodate the sport. Even in the hottest part of the summer, our son LOVES going and can't wait to see what different workouts and activities Taj has planned. Taj is prompt, easy to work with, knowledgable and all around a great trainer!
Taj has been working with my three boys on speed, agility, strength and football skills for about 7 years. He is an incredible trainer and is a good person on top of that. Taj has become a fixture in our training. My boys each play multiple sports—Taj’s ongoing training has helped them excel at each sport and get stronger and faster.

I was super nervous about getting a trainer and feeling comfortable, Tajiddin was / is amazing. He’s very informative, and so motivational. Whenever I feel like I’m not doing good or wanting to stop he pushes me to keep going. He’s also very good at telling where your limit is and adjusts well. I’ve felt better/challenged after every session I’ve had.
The absolutely best trainer EVER! On day one I left thinking to myself “what have I gotten myself into” lol. However, I could not have asked for a better trainer to help me on my fitness journey! Originally I signed up for a month, 3 days a week but after seeing results rather quickly, that month turned into a long term commitment.
