I have been working in the fitness business for 25 years. I have a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and have a ton of knowledge I share with my clients at each session. It's my absolute passion to see people change their bodies while feeling healthy and vibrant. There is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing each person change their life in a positive way. I challenge each person to give me 110 percent every time and the results do speak loudly of those who give it their all. I offer a complimentary training session to new clients who are interested.

Every client can expect to excel, work hard, get stronger and gain some knowledge through the process. I know everyone comes from different backgrounds and abilities, but I will always challenge each client to give me their 110 percent effort.

I helped a lady go from a size 20 to a size 8 in 16 months. It was the most amazing transformation I have ever done to date. I also helped get a 16 year old to the Junior Olympics in swimming and help a 65 year old climb the tallest mountain in the world, Mount Kilimanjaro. All the stories I can share are unique and that is why my job is so rewarding.

I have been training with Steve for over 5 years now! He has motivated me to live a healthier life I have lost over 30 pounds and so many inches. Not only do I look better but I feel so much better. Steve tailors my workouts to support my knee injury. He also encourages me to eat healthier. Even on the days that I am not in the gym training with him, he still checks in to see what healthy choices I am making and if I have included movement in my day. He is very knowledgeable as he has been training for over 25 years. I highly recommend him as a trainer.

Steve is an excellent trainer. Last year he helped me to recover from several surgeries, rebuilding my stamina, working with me to make incremental improvements with diet, sleep, and general wellness. He’s skilled at motivating and changing up the workouts to adjust for your personal situation and abilities, mixing on-day workouts with off-day recommended activities or rest to keep you moving and making progress. He is reliable and has never been late for a session, though my work schedule frequently requires that I change days/times, he manages to adjust and keep track. If you’re on the fence trying to decide if training is right for you, I recommend that you give Steve a try. I’m confident that you’ll be happy you did.

I've been going to Steve for over two years now. I started using him whenever my regular trainer was out of town but now I see him regularly, He's such a great knowledgable trainer. He's always able to accommodate my schedule and really pushes me (but in a safe and supportive way, not like some boot camp style trainers who just push you until you hate working out). The fact that he has a degree in exercise science, as opposed to just an online certificate, makes me feel much safer. The workouts are fun and he listens to what I want to work on. Plus he's just an overall cool guy. The gym he works out of has tons of equipment and is really nice. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable trainer.

I was introduced to Steve from my regular trainer I had of 6 years, as a backup for when she was out on vacation. Actually, I picked him from seeing him at our gym!

Steve is straight up, and a No - Nonsense trainer. He is good at helping you pace yourself, and is intuitive for asking when, and if you need a quick rest break. I have found he keeps me going strong with cardio in between sets... so I maximize my time in a one Hour workout.
He's follow-ups very well, and is flexible Always with scheduling. In addition, he is encouraging during the workouts with positive feedback and encouragement. If you have any injured areas, he will suggest an alternative exercise to use, or to skip and rest that area. You can't go wrong with hiring Steve: whether for in person at a gym, at your own home, or even using an On-line option such as Face-Time, Zoom Meetings, or Google Go To meetings. I wholeheartedly endorse him, now knowing him for over 5 years.
