Fitness is more than macros, heavy weights, sweat and tears. To me it's a lifestyle, a perfectly legal high that requires hard work and an undying will for success. My passion for fitness is derived from my time in the United States Marine Corps. I served honorably from 2009-2013 ultimately reaching the rank of Corporal. I have been in places where it was absolutely necessary to be innovative in my training methods due to our limited resources while in Afghanistan. While I was there I trained many fellow Marines and helped them reach their goals. When I returned stateside, I trained my junior Marines daily and saw physical as well as mental changes by the time I passed the torch to become a civilian. My training philosophy is simply this: PUSH through the burn and the results you will EARN! Before I train you I will let you know: your goals are now OUR goals! Five things are required when we begin working together: healthy attitude/healthy diet [physical/mental/visual], ability to face the reality of failure, willing to change bad habits for a better overall lifestyle, have FUN, and perseverance through tough times! Weight loss, transformations and strength training are my area of expertise and I can't wait to get started!

Client Success Story
I had a client who wanted to make a change. We trained and I taught him how to eat and now he is down 21 lbs in two months. He keeps making great progress! It's an inspiring story of a man who lost everything and has slowly been getting his life back on track. His family is very happy with what he is doing and it all started by him doing something for himself. I think I like the mental change he made, more so than the physical changes.

I've been working with Stan for just 10 weeks so far and am already seeing results. We usually do an upper/lower split, four 45-60 min. sessions a week. Our sessions are often a highlight of my day - I always learn something new and thanks to Stan's guidance often have new gains or records to celebrate. Stan's solid tips have really helped me improve my technique, and focus on stretching before lifting helps me warm up and prevent injury. The Mogy.me app he uses to set up my routines is a great way to communicate (esp on days we don't train together) and track progress. On the days we do train together, he follows a very fluid process and he keeps me on my toes, mixing up the order/weight/reps to encourage muscle confusion and more effective workouts. My ambitious goal to get totally ripped is still months away, but making steady progress each week helps keep me motivated. When I feel down, Stan's always ready to offer encouragement. There are no shortcuts. I highly recommend Stan to anybody who is serious about taking a methodical, patient approach to reaching their goals safely. My health, energy level, attitude, and of course physique have improved immensely thanks to Stan. He rocks!
