My name is Sierra. I'm currently a second year law student at WVU. I'm a go-hard-or-go-home sort of person and am more than ready to help kick your butt into shape. Squats are my favorite and if you don't love to sweat my personal training style may not be for you. Looking to train people my age but am willing to train high schoolers/older adults as well.
The first session is all about testing to see what the individual's limits are. Depending on what they are looking for out of the training, I will then shape a training program for them based on their needs. Must be willing to dedicate to at least three times a week or the results will be slow - if any show at all.
I have taken 20+ sorority sisters under my wing and put them on supplements, programs, and nutrition guides. Varied weight loss results, but most wanted to build muscle and tone up. All were satisfied.
