I am originally from Bosnia, but have lived in Austin for five years. I have been a yoga instructor since 2010. I came from a background of doing lots of cardio, lifting weights, running, bally dance, stretching and practice breathing for anxiety. I tried yoga and that's when my whole life has changed for the better. I love it; I studied Hatha Flow and power yoga and added meditation to my practice. I have been teaching for five years and love sharing with others what I have achieved and watching them develop their own practice.
I offer more than just yoga sessions. If your goal is fat loss, strength training, etc I have years of experience in many fitness disciplines. We will work towards any goal you set for yourself!
What to Expect
I teach body, mind, soul, breeding connection, increasing flexibility, core strength, losing weight and body strengthing. I keep my clients motivated and have patience, energy, am always present to remind them of why they are here and why they want to improve their life. And I always smile.
