Hi! I'm interested in training a few new clients. My experiences include working with collegiate softball and baseball athletes and also beginners/intermediates. My focus is on implementing resistance training and cardiovascular exercise to achieve a client's goal (muscle gain, fat loss, etc). I believe in a no frills approach and sticking to things that have been proven to work where consistency and effort trump any fad diet, supplement, or exercise program.
