I am a dedicated fitness professional with one year of training experience. I went to Lifetime Academy for my profession. It is a school specifically for personal trainers. I am 22 years old and am very passionate about staying fit and healthy. Functional training and do exercises with body weight is what I am best at.
For a client's first session I will have them do cardio for 10 minutes as a warm up. Then we will move on to do SMR. Afterwards do squats to look for muscle imbalances and superset that with pushups for upperbody strength and endurance. After doing three sets of each we'll move on to core exercises which will consist of a superset of a plank and flutter kicks. Afterwards we'll do a cooldown on the treadmill for 10 minutes.
