About Me

My name is Sacha Mbika, and I am looking for clients who are serious about improving their physical fitness, changing their lifestyle and are willing to put in the effort needed to transform themselves - nothing good has ever come easy, but the mental and physical rewards that come from putting in the work and fighting the storm will be highly beneficial.

Under my guidance, expect to build lean muscle, increase strength, improve your coordination and become more independent in achieving your fitness goals with the simple, yet effective resistance exercises known as Calisthenics.

I have 8 years experience with this form of exercise and I have put in thousands of hours within those 8 years doing calisthenics. The best thing about calisthenics is that all you need is your bodyweight to act as a resistance, and it requires very cheap and very little equipment.

I'm very passionate about what I do, I want to pass on my knowledge to you so that you may achieve your fitness goals without relying on bulky machines and useless gym memberships.

What to Expect

There will be a strong emphasis on utilizing proper form on all exercises and less of an emphasis on completing a certain amount of repetitions or completing exercises in a certain amount of time. Quality is far more important than quantity if you wish to get the best outcome in anything you are doing.

The basic exercises, and their variations, will be the backbone of every program.

The programs I will set up will challenge you based on your fitness level -- I don't do cookie cutter programs. The program you will receive will cater to your present physical capabilities.

Each session will focus on both building/toning muscles as well as increasing strength and coordination. All sessions will be an hour to an hour and a half long, and all sessions are one on one.

Client Success Story

One of my old friends, when I first met him, was eager to get into calisthenics, but was not sure where to start. I guided him through the basic exercises and the proper forms needed to gain results in strength and muscle definition.

After about a year under my guidance, and a lot of hard work, he has improved to where he has managed to execute more advanced variations of basic movements (L-set pull-ups and explosive pull ups just to name a few) that he could not have imagined himself doing before I met him, and he also noticed improvements in his physique. He got this far because of his tremendous focus and passion.

He is now more independent with his training and puts together his own programs based on what I have taught him. He continues to advance in his strength and coordination, and is presently working on a more advanced technique called the elbow lever.
