5 min warmup, 45 min main set, 5 min stretch. The work out is really based on what the clients specific goals are but I am more than capable of designing training programs for any and all clients. Most clients that I work with I design interval based workouts 40-60sec intervals with 10sec transition between exercises and a 60sec break at the end of each round of a circuit. I always design a full body functional workouts that apply to the daily lives of my clients.
My favorite client success story is of a woman that I began working with a couple months after she gave birth to her second daughter. In a few short months after we started working together we had gotten her body fat percentage down into the 16%-17% range. She was strong and full of energy to care for and love her two daughters.
