Hi, my name is Robert. I am a 29-year-old ex-college basketball player who graduated from Bluefield college in 2012 with a degree in exercise science. I've been personal training for the past fours years including college athletes, youth, and your everyday corporate american working man and woman.

My training methods consist of full body circuit training with minimum breaks. Never waste time with long breaks, always want to constantly keep your body working.
I began working out with Rob twice a week in mid-October 2015 during his 45 minute long Boot Camp Sessions at the Metro Park Fitness Center in Alexandria, VA. He started these sessions at precisely 6:00 AM with a very spirited warm-up. Afterwards, we had a varied exercise program. Some days we did aerobic and cardio exercises and on others, resistance training. His mantra was a strong core equals a strong body, so one third of the session was dedicated to a core workout. Rob knew each student’s strengths and weaknesses and sometimes tailored routines and exercises to fit their needs. He also stressed the importance of good nutrition and getting enough sleep each day. We were wasting our time exercising if we didn’t eat right, drink enough water and get enough sleep. Although, I am not a student of his at the present time, I am so looking forward to him conducting another fitness class in the near future. My current workouts incorporate all that he taught me. I can’t tell by the scale, but, my clothes sure fit a lot better and I can do planks and sit-ups. As you can tell, I strongly recommend Rob for a fitness training position in your organization.
