Typical session will consist of brief warm up followed by exercises tailored to client.
My first client wanted to lose more than 80 pounds. He had gained excess pounds due to being busy with work and eating fast food for convenience. He was motivated and showed up for every session with a strong desire to improve his physique. I worked with him three times a week for four weeks and gave him instructions and advice on eating healthier. I also gave him exercises to perform at home for "off days" when we did not meet. He lost 33 lbs in the first month. He was extremely happy to see the weight off on the scale and also in the physique.
