I've been training clients for 10 years and been an athlete for more than 20 years, I love helping people attain their goals and set new ones. Personal training is more than just physical and mental education -- it's the opportunity to learn more about yourself and one another. I'm very confident in using your own body weight in advancing your goals whether weight loss or muscle tone. As a boxer, I believe in building your body from the inside-out. As a master trainer in calastectics I've come to understand the benefits for the client and the light impact it has on joints, ligaments and tendons, which ensures longevity for your body and increases metabolism for continuous fat burn.
