As a personal trainer I specialize in targeting certain muscle groups in your body to give you the results you are looking for. I want to balance your body-weight so you won’t have muscle imbalances as you grow older. I target stabilizer muscles. I train the antagonistic muscles in your body which means the smallest muscles in your body. I have found through research and experimentation that isometric training is one of the best ways to loose weight and tone your body, beside the typical running and lifting weights.
