Strength! Addressing strength, balance, core strength, body composition, stability , coordination. I use body weight movements in addition to resistance bands and free weights. I can help you change your mind set to think healthier and more positive and to become healthier through a proper program design and implementation and, most importantly, through wellness coaching. To see what aspects of your life you feel are lagging behind and to make your life a complete, well-rounded wheel that when put on your car of life, will give you a smooth ride! You don’t have to be fat or unhealthy anymore! Lets go! It is my desire to be your go-to-guy for ANYTHING fitness. Hence my diverse, in-depth education! Someone that didn’t have a passion for this would certainly not obtain such diverse education! There's a lot to like about Phil. Let's start with that he's on time and time conscientious. This is important for a busy executive like me who works from home. Second, I appreciate that he / we don't need a lot of gear to get a good workout. Lastly, he's encouraging without being overbearing... which is just perfect for me. Phil has been training me for about 6 years, 3 times a week. He is not only well-educated, professional and punctual, he takes lots of time to understand my abilities and limitations, which change I’ve time, and design and modify the workout to help me be flexible, active and strong, while not over doing it or pushing me past my limits. Over the years I have had major lower back problems (including surgery) and recently, serious knee problems. He has worked around them and helped me regain flexibility. He is extremely patient and has great “bench-side manner,,” and is an especially good choice for senior citizens (I’m 70 yr old). I recommend him very highly.

Dr. Phil is first a good trainer and over time has become a good friend. He is very responsive, quick to realize when something isn't working and suggest an alternative. He also keeps a close eye on my progress, keeping me at steady pace until I'm ready to move on. Today I moved up to heavier dumb bells!

Dr. Phil tailored workouts for my wife and myself. We are over 60 and have special needs so he designed programs to address. them. He did our workouts in our home as time is an issue for us. We focused on our core and improved our tone. We lost significant weight, changed our eating habits and continue to sustain our weight. We feel much better and have more energy.
