Hi, my name is Pamela. I am a fitness professional with over 20 of professional experience serving individuals of all levels of conditioning and ability. Together we can find the activities and routines that match your goals, helping you to enjoy the rewards of excellent health. My passion is developing the athlete that resides in all of us. I strive to enable people to do things they never thought possible or regain the ability lost by aging, disease or injury with the minimum time commitment necessary.
ACSM
First sessions are all about discovering goals, past experience, injuries or illness, movement patterns, areas of strength and need. During the initial session we will play with movement, exercises, heart rate monitors and stretching. I will ask clients for a realistic schedule that would work for them to incorporate exercise on a weekly basis. This will help us to develop a plan of action that is specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely. Subsequent sessions consist of program design, exercise modification and gradual increases in difficulty and duration. Each session will address goals, behavior modification, healthy habit forming and time management skills necessary to maintain a program.
I worked with several personal trainers before meeting Pam, but no one ever came close to comparing with her. Pam is extremely knowledgeable hard working and sensitive. She's always able to work around my aches and pains, designing and implementing a workout plan for me that pushes me to reach my goals. In my business, it's important that I stay fit. Working out from my home using Skype fits in with my crazy schedule, and Pam has been great at using the limited workout tools at my disposal to get in a good workout every time. She's great at mixing things up so I never get bored too. I know that I owe my reaching the 19,341' summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro to my biweekly workouts with her for the preceding months before I left for the climb.
