My name is Omar Williams -- I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Junior College basketball coach. I decided to get into personal training and health coaching three years ago. What made me decide to begin my career in personal training was that I found myself being in the gym more trying to improve my body. Also, I felt that since I was coaching young athletes I need to have a better understanding of the human body to train and condition them to the best of my ability. Currently I am NCSF Certified and finishing my degree in Sports and Exercise. My goal is to help you improve your quality of life physically, emotionally and psychologically. You may be wondering how? Well my belief is training with me will first off get you into the best shape of your life. Second exercise in almost any form can act as a stress reliever. Being active can boost your feel-good endorphins and distract you from daily worries. Finally exercise can promote psychological well-being as well as improve quality of life. It can improve mood, self esteem, and confidence. I am looking forward to my career in physical fitness and improving the lives of others. I hope to work with you and make you apart of the OFIT Team. In a one hour session it would look something like this: 10 min warm up cardio and flexibility 30 min strength training 10 min plyo/ kettlebell/ boxing/ ropes/ HIIT 10 min cool down and flexibility
