30-60mins of a good workout! This includes a 5 minute warm up, 45 minute workout, and stretching cool down.
CB was a client of mine who I worked with for 5 months to improve her balance so that she could safely workout on her own and take a step aerobics class. She came to me for help after noticing she had trouble balancing with making tight turns around the track. It took us 5 months and we had lots of ups and downs, but CB triumphantly reached her goal. We did sensorineural exercises, core training, balance training (like walking in a straight line), and eventually practiced the step up class she wanted to do.
