Hi, my is Nicholas and I have been working out since high school and I stay as active as I can. My own workouts change every two or three months so I don't get used to doing just one thing. I'm a certified trainer through ISSA, and have been certified since July 2014. I've trained guys I have played football with over the years and I have worked with girls I used to coach at a local university for their flag football league. Everyone I've trained has enjoyed their workouts and loved the results they got from their time working out. I enjoy working out and helping people reach their goals, as well as finding new goals for myself. I'm easy to get along with and I'm not the kind of trainer who gets in your face and yells at you. But I will challenge you to push through, get stronger, faster and help you achieve any goal you wish to accomplish.

A typical training session with me is serious and fun at the same time. I will always strive to push someone to be the best they can be, while also having fun in the process.
About a year ago I had one of the girls I coached reach out to me about getting into shape for the football season that was coming up. I told her that it would take time, but I would help her get in better shape. We spent an average of 3 days in the gym a week, concentrating on football skills and footwork. In about a month we both noticed she was getting a lot better and surely enough, took MVP for the team she played for and the league itself. She later tried out for an indoor ladies arena team in Maryland and was offered a spot, but turned it down to come play in the flag league for her last semester. I couldn't have been more proud of her.
