Fitness has been and will be a lifelong passion for me. I actively learn new styles and currently specialize in weight training for strength and firming/toning HIIT for weight loss/cardio and flexibility/corrective exercise for general well-being. Your workouts will change constantly to keep things fun and most importantly, give you results!
Checking the box isn't enough. You can expect to work hard every day but feeling accomplished when we're done. You can expect to get better every workout. You will also learn a lot about yourself and exercise, learning and improving should be a consistent part of training. I provide the tools you need to succeed even after we are done training together.
I had a friend that told me over and over: "I can't workout anymore, my shoulder dislocates constantly." After convincing him it would be better to strengthen his weaknesses instead of letting them control his life, he reluctantly agreed to train a few days a week. At first he was very nervous and it showed. He literally shook when pressing. I ensured him we were strengthening and stabilizing his joint. Fast forward to today. Now (often before he says hello) he's asking me what we GET to train next instead of what we HAVE to do today. That's an amazing place to get to. I'm incredibly proud of how far he has come. As a bonus, his body fat has decreased, he's gaining lean muscle, his shoulder feels much better, he actually enjoys working out, and he is in a much better place in terms of happiness and confidence.
